These two engines were recovered by TCDD from the ORC. ORC had 6 tank engines built by Robert Stephenson with this caracteristic water tank. The manufacturing date & delivery are not clear. 3362 has a works number, 2382, that correspond to deliveries done in mid 1880. It could therefore well be that 2382 is older than expected.
